The choice of United was a great one. Rick responded very promptly to my email request for service--sealing miles of grout in a new house and sealing granite counters. He came to take specific measurements so that the estimate would be accurate, and explained the work he would do and the process. He also did a small test to make sure the sealer was the right one. The estimate was reasonable and he was great to work with--very accommodating trying to work around painters and meet my scheduling issues. The job was done quickly, he cleaned up thoroughly, and the grout seal really works!
