They responded to my inquiry promptly and personally checked my floor the same day. They analyzed the tiles and predicted the quality of the finished job. They made an appt to do the job. They conformed that day, arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently and NEATLY. My ceramic tile kitchen floor is 20 years old and while cleaned/scrubbed by me every week, it has never been done professionally. When Chris & Mike were through, my floor looked like the day it was put in. I had even forgotten the true color of the grout. It looks spectacular. Chris and Mike were pleasant & personabe young men who I will be calling again.
