Larry did a nice job from start to finish. He was proactive, responsive, and onsite to quote the job very quickly. During the job, he used a slightly different color grout by accident. During inspection, we both noticed it and he immediately insisted to replace it with the correct color. He did it right away. I removed a star for putting in the wrong color and extending the job 30 minutes, but it gave me confidence that he has a focus on customer satisfaction so I'd like to give back 1/2 star if I could. Overall, I was happy and would use Larry again.
