Walter was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end! Most other floor cleaning companies were going to use a special power washer to start the job, then hand clean any remaining areas that were not visibly cleaned, which I felt was the was the correct way to fully clean my ceramic tile floor, Wally spent the first several hours on his knee's cleaning the floor by hand, Then finished it with the power washer. My floor looks like new again! His price was approximate: 30% cheaper than all the other estimates I received! I quote something that Wally had told me, "All my customers are my future." Hire him! You'll be happy you did.
