They (Rinaldo and Tony) were prompt and thorough. They did the job in the time Rinaldo said. They were neat and did a good job of cleanus. I appreciated the way Rinaldo helped store excess tile (that had not been cleaned up because he used some tile we had left over. Price was OK.
They removed tiles that were not adhering to the floor, cleaned the floor, and replaced with new (left of=ver) tiles and some cleaned tiles, applied grout, and washed up. It was nice of them to replace our heavy furniture.
The only negative was that they were hoping to work on Sunday, to shorten the time our kitchen was out of action, but they didn't make it.

Rinaldo was quick to respond to the service request, and was easy to work with. Overall a good job and had our dirty porcelain and slate tiles cleaned well, for a decent price.
