Josh was very nice and prompt. He cared for my home like it was his own and gave me helpful ideas on making my grout look "good as new" again. We had an excellent experience using Great West Tile Creations. Joshua was knowledgable and provided advice on how to select tiles and grout. We had our entryway replaced after a water leak in the slab beneath it caused damage. The results are excellent. We did have him replace one tile which appeared too light compared to surrounding tiles. After the grout dried it is impossible to pick which one was replaced. Joshua is courteous and cleans up afterwards. He also provided advice on how to care for the tiles. Wonderful experience for us.

Service was wonderful. Joshua did an excellent job replacing my chipped tile. He did not go one cent over his quote. My tile looks brand new and I will look forward to having him lay additional tile when I am ready.
