Michele did a very nice repair of the tile in my shower. It was tricky because of the mirrors adjacent to the repairs. He explained the job and I opted for him to build up the under surface and return after it cured to complete the job. He came on Sunday, his day off, to complete the job so that I would not have to take time off from work. He is courteious and careful, cleaned up nicely, and did a very nice job.

My handywoman, Pam, was exceptional. The price of $90 an hour was a bit steep, but she was very courteous and willing to show me how to do things so I did not need to break the bank. I considered it 5.5 hours of training which I would have paid $90/hour for. She even included my 10 year old son in the day's events. She was a very pleasant surprise. I felt I could trust her and she had no intentions of taking advantage of me. The only thing I would suggest to improve the service would be to have your technicians be electritians so I could have accomplished everything in one stop. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
