His great personality even came through his emails when responding to me. He was quiet, quick, did a wonderful tile job, and left me no mess to clean-up. After each day of work he told me exactly what to do (or not to do) as I've never had tile before. Once the job was complete, he gave me a receipt and went on his way. I would hire him again for my 2nd bathroom renovation.
