Dan was very honest with me. He didn't try to make me do more than was needed. He said he could repair my floor and it would not have to be replaced. All the others that came to give me estimates told me to rip it up and replace it. He did excellent work! I have another bath that I am thinking about updating and asked him to look at it. I showed him my newly updated master bath as an example of what I would like and he found a recaulking that needed to be done. He took care of it at no extra charge. I was completely satisfied with his professional attitude and his promptness.
