KPHCO, LLC

Repair Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System in 20019

The Rep. took time to explain to me what was needed. I'm waiting for another opinion but I feel I will let KPHCO complete the necessary work.

Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System in 20019

I called KPHCO my first day back in town and Greg agreed to send someone out later that day. He showed up himself. He identified the problem and worked several hours to fix it. Unfortunately the cause of the problem could only be addressed with the involvement of the manufacturer. Their offices were closed and I was flying out on Monday. So hopefully the project can be completed when I return.

Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System in 20020

Gregory was persistent in trying to find out why my A/C Unit kept switching off. Finally he found out it was the faulty thermostat and replaced it with a new one. Now everything is fine. He could have been lazy and decided I needed a new A/C unit which I could not have afforded. So I am very happy with this company.
