They were so nice. Despite a miscommunication and problems from a supplier, they kept smiling and kept us informed. When the original price of the replacement water heater increased, they did not pass the increase on to us and stuck to the price that was quoted. Nick was great!

i had matt mount mount a 54" plasma t.v and connect it to a blu ray dvd player. He was instrumental in helping me find the right mount for my needs at a grat price. He was able to work on aSaturday morning and did a truly professional job at a very reasonable job. In fact his price was so reasonable for his time and his partners for a Saturday morning thta i felt compelled to tip him a further 25%. It took the 2 men 4 hours to complete what was a very large job and the toal cost with the tip was only $ 200. Very good value and very good job. Matt told me that he stands by his work and if there are any problems he will be back to correct them
