After putting my need on the Service Magic website on Saturday morning, I did not really expect any
calls until Monday. Mort Winer called almost immediately. He was more than willing to try to get a
repairman to me ASAP, however, I told him I could wait until Monday or Tuesday. We scheduled
Monday @ 7 am and he let me know if I could not wait he would have someone earlier, which was
not necessary but I appreciated the offer. At 7 am on Monday , I believe it was Mike was there and
found the problem. Within minutes, I had heat. He did have to get a new part but that did not take long. He was very nice,polite, and knowledgeable.
