Response time from entry into the Web's Servicemagic page to a phone call from Steve was a minute or two (very good). Steve got here some hours later as he said he would on a Sunday, in a snowy weather. He fixed the thermostat with out replacing any parts. He answered several questions that I had regarding cold weather country, which I had as a newbie to snow country, His bill was more for the travel time than anything else.
