Prompt return call, worked with my schedule 100% and arrived early, provided big picture needs and immediate solutions and pricing for both so I could make an informed decision, took care of the immediate issue and will hire him again to tackle the big picture needs, and also took a look at a plumbing issue for me, offered solutions w/o charge. Pricing was way, way, way below what I would have paid with anyone else. Absolutely no complaints and look forward to working with him again.

It took several calls to set up the appointment and I never received the promised ratings. But the service person came on time and completed the job satisfactorily. He was courteous and even put on booties to make sure he didn't mark up the floors.
