We had an old, rare boiler that wouldn't work after we'd called in someone else first. We called Brian, who diagnosed the problem right away over the phone, and came and fixed it. He was great about letting us know what he was doing, how long it would take, etc. When we needed the boiler replaced, he did a great job of that, too!
