John Rice arrived as scheduled, looked at situation with partially functioning thermostats and heating/cooling system interface unit (Honeywell). With Honeywell tech. support, determined new stats I'd installed were incompatible with this Honeywell system, got model number of compatible stat, replaced original manual stats.

I have to say that Rescue Plumbing and Heating made his first impression on me when he first called me. I like his attitude and his character and his presentation. I did not give him the job right away when we spoke that night. I did call others for quotes besides what he had given me and I had one other contractor under bid him by $100. With that said, I still felt Rescue Plumbing and Heating was the better contractor to go with. Based on his work results, he did not let me down. He was worth every penny. He has very good work ethics and skills and takes pride in his work. Thank you Rescue Plumbing and Heating! I would hire you again.
