The initial repair was an in and out and the technician really didn't investigate what the issue really was. The lead technician came out and after 2 1/2 hours had my unit in proper working order. Very friendly and knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my unit. Would defiantly hire them again.

On time, polite. Informative. Thank goodness for Morgan. I was freezing and so snot-nosed I could hardly speak. He replaced filters so filfty and so filled with yuk they had to be tossed out. He then replaced the yuk ones with fresh and clean filters. Morgan took care of the whole process. Thank u Morgan!
