I needed someone to fix my furnace (no heat coming out) and they called me back within 10 minutes of my request. They came to my condo, looked at the furnace and saw that it had a break in it deep inside. He showed me the break on a digital scope and said that the exhaust from the furnace was entering the vent (instead of just the hot filtered air). That's when I told him that I smelled natural gas every once in a while when the furnace would turn on, but then the smell would go away. He said that this would definitely explain that issue. He got a guy out there that night to replace the furnace... and at a great price!

Joe worked with my schedule to come out and re-light the pilot on the boiler, but only after he tried to talk me through it over the phone. It turns out a part needed to be replaced so no amount of phone-coaching would have helped me light the pilot on my own. Point is - this is a customer service oriented company. When he got to the house Joe talked me through everything he was doing and why. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
