What a great company to work with. I had New England Air out to my house to reprogram my thermostat and while they were there, they checked out my boiler...good thing because they found a very dangerous situation. I had a carbon monoxide leak. This had to be taken care of immediately and they were more than accommodating. After hearing about the new "hybrid" systems, I decided to go for it. I have a brand new highly energy efficient heating and cooling system with ultra violet lights (used to kill viruses, bacterias and mold). I also am awaiting $2,100.00 worth of rebates!! I cannot wait till the cold winter months to see my utility savings!! I cannot believe what the UV lights can do. My daughter was having problems sleeping with her allergies. Since the first night with the UV lights, my daughter can actually sleep without being awakened by coughing and sneezing. The UV lights actually kill the airborne allergens that have been bothering my daughter. I never knew such technology existed. Now the whole family breathes better in my house. This winter I won't have to worry about this child giving that child her or her cold. Hats off to the entire organization. Very professional, neat and clean. Each day they cleaned up everything as if they were never there. I really wish I have found them earlier. Would definetly recommend having them come out to your house just to make sure your equipment is running safely. Sure glad I did!!
