very freindly and knowledgeable about my heating system. always answered the phone promptly and came to the house in the same day. his quote for a new furnace was 1/2 the price of of one of the other contractors. the other contractor you listed didn't even call me. we are just waiting for the wheather to warm up so wtr can recharege the a/c.

Very good service. Ordered three quotes, WTR was the only contractor who actually submitted a bid. Installed promptly, worked with me to find the heater with the gvmt warranty. Still going to install another vent, so far, so good.
