One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
Repair Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System in 94931
I called for an annual furnace inspection; One Hour Heating red tagged it & turned off the gas.
Long story short, they did an excellent job installing & cleaning-up after themselves. Service & office personnel were very polite. As far as communication between “comfort specialist” and office personnel, that is a different story.
1) They overbooked my installation date; we changed the date
2) The office said they cleaned my air vents, the specialist calls to say they are coming to clean my air vents
3) Specialst fills out PG&E Rebate form, I sign it. 2-wks. later, I get PG&E Rebate form in mail w/invoicie to complete, sign & mail.

It was a small job (just needed to replace the filter, after all), but he was in quick and was polite and helpful. Recommended a new heater eventually (understandable since ours is so old), but no pressure or sales pitch.

Except for as glitch in scheduling they did a very professional job on an emergency project, solved a tricky problem and charged very fairly. I did get some estimates for additional routine work (installing fixtures etc) which seemed a bit on the high side but i am very pleased with their service and skill.
