Install or Replace a Heat Pump in 21804

Repair or Service a Heat Pump in 21849

I have an older model Heat Pump, that probably needs to be replaced. Trying to get somone who would even take a look at it, given the age of the system was a challenge in itself. I contacted a web site to get professional service quotes and within minutes was contacted by Sens Mechanical. GL Mitchell was very quick to set up an appointment and sent a service tech, the next day to at least take a look. Kurt Jefferson was the tech, and I was amazed at his understanding of the unit in question and his over all knowledge of my "Antiquated' heat pump. I was so impressed with him, that I signed up for a service contract for both of my "Older" units.

Thanks for the great service and especially thanks to Kurt. I will be using Sens Mechanical, to keep me going, as long as that young man is available
