Steve Decker came out to give us a free estimate. He found that all we needed was a change of switch settings on the unit. We expected to have to schedule another visit and pay hundreds of dollars to install a thermostate. Steve reset our unit and was done in 15 minutes.

I wanted a thermostats replaced in our home and hired Inside Air. A problem in wiring the thermostat came about and Steve stay for a very long time to fix it. He could not figure why this was happening. He brought another thermostat the next day and switched it out again and it worked fine. He also took the time to check our heat pump to make sure it was working properly. All and all, I would definitely call Steve back again. He informed me of everything he was doing and actually educated me in the process...
