Irish called right away to scheule an appointment and their office called me before they showed up to let me know he was on his way. I purchased the incorrect thermostat but Jim bought the correct one and and installed it the next day. He also did a maintenance check and freon check on the system. The price was right and the service was great.

Jim was very prompt in initiating the call and then do the necessary follow up. Upon my explanation of what I was looking for he offered his free second opinion visit with absolutely no sales pitch. After concurring with the original diagnosis he beet the original estimate by over $100.00 and fixed the problem. And then he did the follow up after 2 days to make sure everything was working fine.
