The estate, formerly 'our home', had projects big and small to make it 'market ready'.
I needed help with heavy lifting.
My husband passed recently, and I have been overwhelmed. The estate & I needed a handyman. I was terribly uncomfortable, (actually, I really hated to do this!) allowing someone I didn't know, into my home... all through my home! I relaxed the moment I met Tom. He did an excellent job on the estate's projects, and always took care of my heavy lifting. He always made sure projects were completed to my satisfaction. My email was responded to almost immediately, he offered me suggestions on what I should check to see if it was really a problem with my water heater . He came out to assess within an hour, no charge for this even if I chose not to hire him. He was very professional answered all my questions, gave me options, I hired him, he came back later in the day and replaced my water heater. I felt very lucky to have hired such a professional and I am greatful that about a week before my water heater broke I received and email from servicemagic that I saved for what I thought might be a rainy day.
