Highly recommend, I put the project out at 9:45 pm since it was a Fridge and I was losing the battle with the freezer fast. He actually showed up at 11 pm to try and save my food! Unfortunately the Whirlpool Gold was a newer model and he didn't have the part, but he did promise to find me the part and he did! In less than 24hrs it was up and running again! He is friendly and professional and will deliver on his promise!

Mike and his staff were great! Mike was the only one to take the time to really evaluate what would be best for my home. He spent a good hour or more measuring and taking into account all of the windows and west facing walls to give an accurate heat load for my house. Then he spent another hour explaining all of my options and what he thought would best . The other three companies that came out were nice but seemed to have a cookie cutter standard system ready to go. I went with a zoning system that works great! I keep my bedroom at a crisp 64 while the rest of the house is at a cool 75. I would highly recommend PMS to anybody I know!

The did repair the unit but not in the time stated. We were told they could come the same day at a certain time but ended up showing up after 6pm in the evening. We were then told they would be back between 10am and noon the next day but the did not show up until after 6pm again. We let them know this was a small property so the office closes at 5pm. If they could not do the work timely we would have just chosen another company who we thought could do the work. The air conditioner was eventually repaired and the tenant is happy but timing was everything for us.
