They called the same day (a Sunday) I put my request in on Service Magic, came out to provide an estimate the following day, and completed the work by Tuesday. Our existing sump pump had failed but we had a rain storm threatening Tuesday night so it was imperative we have the pump replaced. We took the opportunity to have a battery back-up installed. The fact that Plumbing & Heating, despite being located far from us, came out so quickly and got the work done promptly, saved the day and gave us peace of mind.

There was a response to my request within 10 minutes. By email because it was near midnight when I placed my request and Mr. Raisland didn't want to wake anyone by phone. I was invited to call him. I did and found a polite professional who honored my wishes for service at my convenience and called late morning to advise who would arrive and when. Chris Simile arrived and completed the service within an hour of his arrival. I would not hesitate to call this company again or to recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.
I highly recommend anyone call and trust this company.
Oh, and the charge was very fair.
