We had Mr. Laurence Williams come test our phone lines and he spent a fair amount of time testing the lines, only to determine the problem is on Verizon's end ... of course Verizon says it's not their problem, it's an internal problem, so we are still experiencing static on the line.

They came when we needed them. Little wait time. Assessed the problem and told us the solution \, at which point we accepted their offer and they came the next day and installed our present new Inter-tel system/instruments. While installing the equipment they came aware of additional problems, but did not stop installing. Once they were finished they discussed what further they needed to do to assure a safe and usable system. Our owner has been or will be in contact with them to discuss further correction and safety issues.
