DNZ called within five minutes after I posted my request. It was so fast, I couldn't figure out who was calling at first! The job was to find a problem in an installation I did several years ago. DNZ made an appointment, but although came late, called to alert me of their sitaution. The young gentleman spent three hours tracing my phone line, fixing several problems. It was bugging me for some time. I should have called sooner.
