George is great! Our phone system is old and few people even know what it is! George was able to track down the problem and get it fixed. Very friendly, personable and professional. Only downside was that his hourly rate is a bit pricey, but we agreed to it because he has little if any competition!

Prompt, cordial attention to my on-line request and call. Mr. Parks was very courteous as I explained the situation and expressed my frustrations -- he gets points for putting up with a very search-weary consumer! Arrived a little late to our appointment but had called to forewarn me of this, and he was very punctual to his newly estimated arrival time. Obviously knew what he was up to as he dealt with old wiring that had been re-worked by a variety of vendors. Then went beyond the call of duty to diagnose an additional problem with my network. I was VERY pleased and VERY impressed. Excellent service and product knowledge.
