They came when we needed them. Little wait time. Assessed the problem and told us the solution \, at which point we accepted their offer and they came the next day and installed our present new Inter-tel system/instruments. While installing the equipment they came aware of additional problems, but did not stop installing. Once they were finished they discussed what further they needed to do to assure a safe and usable system. Our owner has been or will be in contact with them to discuss further correction and safety issues.

Very fast. Charged only for actual time worked. Electrician was a bit irritated to have to repair this specific problem because he couldn't test it, but he did the job anyway.
