Jim Firelli is a superstar customer service oriented guy. Could have billed me for a service call, but gave helpful instuctions to determine if the problem was with my system or the Phone Company. Apparently it is the Phone Company that will pay for my repairs. Thanks, Jim! And I volunteered to pay his nominal fee - well worth the expert advice...

I had 2 projects. The repair of my laundry room light was completed to my satisfaction. They did not have the equipment needed to determine where the break was in my front yard and were proposing the replacement of the entire line. They were supposed to call with an estimate the same day, but I have not heard from them and it's been over a week.
