In addition, he took care of a problem that I was having with my TV/ DVD player which was an ad-on to my original service request. His work required no clean-up after completion. Josh was terrific. Very attentive to details, thorough and very polite. He also did an excellent job and went beyond the call of duty (delivering an oversized item that we were not able to use at the time to another location).
