Efficient...Was able to install my wall mount sooner than I expected. (How 'bout the same day I requested it) Would call upon them again for other AV requirements I have and will have in the future. Brian was very informative as was his 2 man, (father and son), crew that did the installation. They ran into an issue with the proper and conventional installation but explained the problem to me, and with my okay resolved it immediately and properly. I was charged $250 for their time, effort and expertise and I gladly paid it. They also cleaned up the work area leaving it spotless.

Brian picked up the phone and was very courteous and knew his trade. I was able to schedule the job for the next afternoon. Even though I was quoted a job by 2 techs, three installers came to make sure the job was done faster. There were no surprises and the price quoted was the price I paid.
