Intelligent but when I asked if he knew how to do Linksys SPA series phone systems he stated yes. I was hoping he could fix a configuration problem with ours but knowledge was limited.
It was an easy configuration change come to find out and all works now but from another company who actally had a working knowledge of this product.
Paid Adam for his time, however, and I appreciate he wanted to help but should have stated very limited knowledge of configuring the SPA series phone system.

He promptly returned my call and set up an appt. Came prepared to do the do. Quickly & efficiently solved the unique problem I presented him with in relocation of the basement smoke alarm. He also
repaired a bad outlet which was a safety hazard. These quick repairs a weight off my mind.
And that I'm satisfied his charge was reasonable.
I plan to have him back to do a number of other cosmetic & broken fixure replacements in the very near future.
