Precise Electric

Install Telephone Jacks or Wiring in 80923

Very up front with the project that I wanted to be completed. Answered all my questions and made suggestions on what needed to be done. Once the project was completed he explained what was done and explained what to do if any thing went wrong. I felt very comfortable with the conpleted project, and will contact Precise Electric again if needed.

Install Telephone Jacks or Wiring in 80920

Jason is a local independent contractor and was in the area and told me he'd stop by after he finished a job out of town. He explained to me he wasn't a phone repair guy and would be happy to look at my problem. He said if he couldn't fix the problem he wouldn't charge me. If he was able to fix it , his rate is $40hr. When he arrived, I gave him the rundown of my troubleshooting efforts. I showed him where my interface box was and took a look at the plugs and wiring and plugged the test phone in which verifies the good signal. Then he asked if I had any work done around the house recently, none and been, and I ask him why. His response was that the wires appeared to be crossed. He took the the connector I assumed was a different line and plugged it into the live plug. Voila, problem fixed. Jason said he felt bad taking my money but insisted only charging $20. Thanks to Jason, my phone was working within 10 min.
