Rich was on time; located (and pointed out to me) the source of why I was having problems with my breaker overload AND corrected it; installed the two outlets (along with new breaker(s) for them) that I requested; all in a very timely manner. Rich was very courteous and also tested an outlet for me that I thought I might have to have replaced. I will definitely contact Rich Electric again for future work (which I am deciding on in order of importance).
