Response was prompt to request for service. technician appeared to be proficient. resolved most of my complaints, however some annoying programs could not be removed. made recommendations on how to speed up computer , and parts needed to accomplis the task. one problem not addresed, start switch not working properly. overall i am satisfied except for the start switch problem. i will use so. jersey computer for future services.
