As this was my first time using Service Magic, I asked him several questions about his qualifications and he was able to put me at ease. Ours was a very easy fix, locating a GFI and pushing a button (all of 15 seconds). The representative was helpful, friendly and informative. My shock was with the charges, although the representative got on the phone with his boss on his own initiative and worked out that I only had to pay for a half hour vs a full hour, I was still out $110. I may need to rethink my line of work . . .
