Mike Neal from M&M responded within minutes to a service request from your site, it was the week before Christmas. He came out the next day, was familiar with our tankless water heater (a Baxi, which is not common), diagnosed the problem, overnighted the part, and installed it on Christmas Eve morning....fixing the problem. We had been without hot water for 3 days! Mike and his team even fixed our slow drains while on site. It was a wonderful Christmas present.

Mike contacted me within seconds of my requesting plumbers. He gave me a phone quote based on several options regarding my 14 year old water heater. He was very professional, full of positive energy, smart and a delight to speak with. The next day, Phillip came over, called me as he was on his way. He was cheerful, articulate and very speedy. M&M fixed my hot water heater for $150. I had received a quote from another plumber for $600 for the same fix!! I have already referred M&M Plumbing to my colleague. They are now in my rolodex!
