Replace toilet. He arrived on a Saturday to offer quote, sent the quote the same day. Arranged for the job the same week, arrived on time, (height of the worst North eastern in a decade), provided cleand shoes to keep the floor clean, removed, cleaned the floor arond the toilet (40 year old toilet), installed, cleaned up all excess parts, and prepared the invoice within 1 hour. Very down to earth, honest individual. I would recommend and hire him for added work.

I was surprised that they were from Milford as I am in Millsboro, about 30 minutes away but Thomas Rust responded right away and we discussed my needs. We made an appointment for a few days later and he responded and made the repairs very professionally. He also has a great personality.
