Mike Brin, the Home Craftsman, is a great resource for water heater repair. When the pilot light on my electric water heater went out I thought I'd give Service Magic a try. Mike responded to my inquiry within five minutes of my request! Upon inspection, he found that the fix required us to order a part and Mike knew all the right distributors in Denver to call. Mike is quick to respond, efficient, knowledgeable, and nice to work with. I will definitely call him next time my water heater acts up.
