I only had one response to my emergency plumbing situation which ocurred during the bad snow storm in the DC metro area. They came out on a Saturday, put in cut off valves so I didn't have to keep the main water source turned off and came back to finish the job in the bathroom. Very projfessional and very reasonable.

Install or Replace a Shower in 20785
The job looks good. Although, they broke some of my tiles and replaced them with tiles that are not the same color. Also, my shower was really clogged after the job and they tried to charge me for fixing the clog even though they didn't check to see that the shower was working properly before they left. In the end they didn't charge to remove the clog. Overall, they were not bad.

Install or Replace a Water Heater in 22025
Great! My water heater went out the day of the big snow storm in the DC area. They gave me a great deal on a water heater. Initially they told me they had a specific brand heater I wanted then called back immediately to tell me they didn't but gave me two other brands of which I found one acceptable. They install were able to install the heater on the day prior to round 2 of the storm. The tech was friendly and cleaned up after himself. Kim was wonderful. She stayed in touch with me every step of the way and I really appreciated he kind, friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
