He was available the very next day after I called. He called in advance and arrived when scheduled. He gave my problem his full attention even though he said that he could not fix it unless I obtained the necessary part. He gave me an estimate to install the part if I obtained it. He did this installation in a subsequent visit, which, again, was made as scheduled. He was friendly and courteous and gave me honest answers.

I have had plenty of experience dealing with plumbers and RSD is easily as good as any of them. I had a water heater R & R project they did for me and it was completed without any glitches. They were so quick that if I sneezed I would have missed it.
Roy is very well organized in his approach to running his business and he does it with a minimum of overhead. He passes that savings on to his clients. He saved me 30% over his "BIG AD" competitors. Do not commit to any project until you have got a bid from him!!!
Roy kept in touch during the whole project. The ONLY bad thing I can say is that his cell phone would cut out on us..
