Mike was very nice and easy to work with. However, I was charged almost $400 for the INSTALL of the hot water heater. I told Mike I could get the hot water heater for $366 and he said that was how much he paid for them and he would just pass that cost onto me, then he still charged me $780 for everything, which was only the hot water heater, new ball valve and installation. I should have bought the hot water heater and let someone else do the work. I could have had that completed for under $250.
