Mike Neal from M&M responded within minutes to a service request from your site, it was the week before Christmas. He came out the next day, was familiar with our tankless water heater (a Baxi, which is not common), diagnosed the problem, overnighted the part, and installed it on Christmas Eve morning....fixing the problem. We had been without hot water for 3 days! Mike and his team even fixed our slow drains while on site. It was a wonderful Christmas present.

He responded very quickly and advised he would have someone at my home between 11:30 and 12:00. The plumber arrived at 11:50, researched the problem and had it repaired by 12:15. The price was resonable. Mr. Galindo then followed up with a call to my work to advise me the job was completed and what the problem was.
