Prompt response from Al. Sent tech right out, diagnosed problem immediately. Did not have the right color wheel with him, but he did bring one to try. Ordered part next morning, said it should be here by Friday or Saturday. Wanted to get us up and running as quck as possible. Called when part arrived, showed up same day, part installed quickly. Cleaned TV inside, and made sure it was put back correctly. Polite, and efficient. If they would of had the part in stock, when he came the first time, it would have been the perfect scenario. Had to pay for 2 service calls.
