Mr. Ragland contacted me earlier in the week prior to my Saturday appointment to see if I had any questions about the work that was being done. He answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. On the day of the appointment he & staff arrived early, unpacked all of the material along with my new TV and sound equipment. The mount was very well done....all wires concealed in the wall, as well he even adjusted my storage shelf to accommodate the media devices to enhance the overall look in the living room space. Great guy, great service.....have already recommended to friends and family!
