Job: Install a 50" Plasma TV on a plaster wall above a fireplace.
Pros:
Good price...at first.
His workmen were polite and cleaned up after themselves.
Saved me money on a mounting bracket by recommending a web site he uses. Got the bracket for $55 and Walmart wanted $115 for one that wasn't as good.
Cons:
Had to reschedule at the last minute.
Changed the price on me after his workmen had to purchase a bigger drill bit to hang the TV.
His workmen drilled A LOT of holes in my wall before they got the bracket installed which will be a big pain in the butt to repair should I ever have to move that TV.

Mike (I think that was his name, the owner), who came and did the estimate and was on site originally seemed like he knew what he was doing and I was satisfied. The overall work was ok, but Mike wasn't really there for the install, just at the beginning, and then left two younger guys to do the work. They did pretty decent work, but overall could have been better due to some minor poor decisions. (like leaving too much slack on the hdmi cable on the tv end and not as much on the exit end where the entertainment equipment was). Not a big deal, i fixed with some extensions, but think someone more experienced wouldn't have made that mistake.
