New Wave Home Audio responded within the first hour and Jeremy seemed to be very knowledgeable and advised that he would like to send someone to review the job with me before quoting. Louie came out in a couple of days and spent over an hour completely looking over my project and making helpful suggestions. I received the quote, which I felt was very reasonable, and arranged for them to do the job. On the day the work was scheduled they showed up with everything they needed and 3 people went to work. When they were finished I had the TV installation and operation that I had expected and done by top notch professionals who not only knew how to do the work, but also respected and protected my home while doing the work. The cost was exactly what was quoted, no add-ons or surprises.
I would recommend New Wave Home Audio to anyone who is considering TV systems or Home Theater installations.
